ImporTint Sauce is a sprayable, water-based gel designed for use by professional window tint installers. Our products are intended for professional and trade use.

We do our best to make sure product descriptions, images, and pricing on the site are accurate. If we discover an error, we reserve the right to correct it and, if necessary, cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price. We'll notify you if that happens.

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and do not include shipping or applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We'll confirm your order by email once it's been accepted and processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

All payments are processed securely through GoDaddy Payments. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Your payment must be received in full before we ship your order.

We do not store your credit card or banking details.

Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Once your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with tracking information.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed off to the carrier.

Because ImporTint Sauce is a consumable chemical product, we handle returns as follows:

• Unopened, unused products may be returned within [14/30] days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs. The product must be in its original packaging and in resellable condition.
• Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.
• Damaged or defective products — if your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@importintsauce.com with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10] business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
